totally just realised i tend to get more hungry when im happy.
like, even if i just ate i’ll get hungry in like 5 minutes if im happy, it was more noticable (to me) this past month with all the time i’ve been spending doing bollywood; everytime we had a good practice i would get hungry but if it was a bad practice i would just feel normal….
usually if im sad or anxious i wont eat or else i’ll keep shovelling food down my throat until i throw up ….
anyway im only writing this because i just made risotto and its really good for my first time without instructions or anything but i started to feel down and thought id blog it out to make me feel better…. plus life decided to punch me in the goddamn uterus so life isn’t really in my good books rn >__>
